These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Braindance Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of BDViewer ("Platform"), which governs your access to and use of the BDViewer platform through its website and virtual reality (VR) applications available on the Meta Quest Store and the App Store (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Services, including creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or older, if required by local laws in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information current.

2.2 Responsibility for Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or are otherwise engaged in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose unless explicitly authorized in writing by us.

Uploaded files are for your private use only within the VR environment provided by BDViewer. These files are not published, shared, or made available to other users. The Platform does not support public distribution of uploaded content.

By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to upload and use the files.
• The files do not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
